The Body in Action
Museum trip
We went to see the Body in Action at the museum first thing this morning .Nicky and Imo were there to help us . One of the activities you had to smell. One thing you had to smell was fish and it was disgusting. My favourite activity
was heart and lungs.
Before it closes I want to take my family.

my holidays
In the holidays I went to Space Chimps the movie and saw Wall.E.I went to the rocks in Tahuna with my dad and brother.
We made borley to catch fish. I went to Joe P’s house for the night. We went to mini golf. So that’s my holiday.

Last Week
In the weekend I sprained my ankle.It hert. Two days a go I won my soccer so I am in the finals this week. I scored one goll to help. some one else scored two.

My Stormy Story
On Wednesday July 30th there was a terrrible storm that hit Nelson. People nearly got blown a way. After that I went to my friend’s house. When we got there the fence had taken off and the swing had fallen on the tramp. When I got home some of the tree disintegrated. Good thing my massive tree didn’t fall on the lemon tree and the lemon tree fall on the deck. Lucky me!

School Uniforms
Should children have to wear a uniform to school? In my opinion kids shouldn’t wear a uniform to school.
Kids shouldn’t wear a uniform to school because sometimes it might be in the wash or lost or something and you’re trying to find it and you might be late for school.
You feel happier in your own clothes. Also you might go to school to get there early and you forgot to put your uniform on!
Finally we should not be dresses the same as it’s good to be different. So kids should not wear a uniform to school.

Computers
We are learning to write an argument that will persuade the reader to agree with our point of view. We need to include:
· An introduction which states the problem and tells our opinion,
· Reasons for our opinion,
· An ending which restates our opinion.
The first one we have written is about what needs to happen so we get a fair turn using the computer at home.

What Central Means to Me
I love the front field because it has a big space to play in, lots of trees and nice green grass. I play spectacular games like tag and hide and go seek. I made a game with Joseph, Dylan, Troy and other kids from Room and Room 11. The game is called the egg game. I love playing there.

Two hundred years ago in China there was a Mandarin and his daughter called
Koong-se. The Mandarin wanted Koong-se to marry a rich Duke but she had fallen in love with Chang.
The Mandarin was furious. At the wedding Chang came in wearing clothes disguised as a servant. The Mandarin saw Chang and tried to chase them but he had too much wine in his stomach. After a moment he got up and chased them holding a whip in his hand. They escaped to an island.
The Duke sent some men to surround them. When they came out the men put them to death and the gods turned them in to a pair of doves.
